Privacy Policy — Arrival Pro

Arrival Pro ("the extension") is a workplace productivity tool that helps authorised users process product arrivals on Miinto's partner portal (proxy-arrival.miinto.net). It is distributed by the developer to a specific team and is not intended for the general public. This policy explains what data the extension handles and why.

Data we handle

• Google account email address. Read through Chrome's identity.email API to check whether the signed-in user is on the approved-users list (access control) and to identify who performed each action for work reporting. It is never sold or used for advertising.
• Work activity records. When an authorised user submits or rejects a product, the extension records the event: the user's email, a randomly generated device identifier, the extension version, the action type (create, merge, submit or reject), the product Style ID and link, and the date, hour and timestamp.
• Page content on proxy-arrival.miinto.net. Style IDs, sizes, brand and category are read from the page solely to perform the automation (filling sizes, collecting Style IDs).

Where data is stored and who can see it

• Settings, collected Style IDs and daily counts are stored locally in the user's browser (chrome.storage.local).
• The work activity records described above are sent to a private Google Sheet owned and controlled by the developer (the team administrator), and to a private Google Apps Script the developer deploys, for the sole purpose of work tracking and team reporting (for example, how many products each user processed per hour). Access to this Sheet is limited to the developer/administrator.
• The approved-users list and the one-device-per-user lock are checked against the same private Google Apps Script.

How the data is used

Data is used only to (a) verify access, (b) run the automation, and (c) produce internal work-activity reports for the team. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used for any purpose unrelated to these functions. It is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

Data retention

• Local daily counts are kept for the current day only; rejection counts are kept for the current work week. Older local counts are cleared automatically.
• Activity records in the developer's Google Sheet are retained by the developer for internal reporting and can be deleted on request.
• Removing the extension deletes all of its locally stored data.

Notice to users

Users are informed that, while using this extension for work, their account email and their submit/reject activity are recorded to a private Google Sheet owned by their administrator for work-tracking purposes.

Permissions

Each permission is used only to deliver the features described on the Chrome Web Store listing: reading the account email for access control and reporting, reading and filling the Miinto arrival pages, opening and stepping through tabs, running scheduled maintenance (alarms), and storing settings and counts locally. No permission is used for tracking across other websites.

Children's privacy

Arrival Pro is a workplace tool for authorised adult users and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
